Rocker Avril Levine has officially filed for divorce from her estranged husband and Sum 41 rocker Deryck Whibley. In the papers filed, Lavigne is also seeking to deny him spousal support. Court documents show Lavigne cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. The pop-punk couple married in 2006 when Lavigne was just 21. Now 24, Lavigne and Whibley, the 29-year-old Sum 41 frontman, announced in September that they were officially splitting.

After being held against her will for 18 years, much of it in a backyard hell straight out of a horror film, Jaycee Dugard wants the world to know: "I'm so happy to be back with my family," she tells PEOPLE. Now living in seclusion with her mom, Terry Probyn, 50, and the two daughters – Angel, 15, and Starlit, 11 – fathered by her alleged kidnapper, Phillip Garrido, Dugard, 29, has begun the slow process of recovery. She rides horses, cooks meals and is thinking of collaborating on a book. "They live a surprisingly normal life, considering the circumstances," says Terry's stepmother, Joan Curry.

However, Obama expressed surprise and humility at Friday's news conference, saying the prize should be considered not a "recognition of my own accomplishments, but rather as an affirmation of American leadership on behalf of aspirations held by people in all nations.” Oh brother!
